Our standard flood windows are manufactured to flood resistant industry standard BS PAS 1188-1:2014.
We use a variety of Hardwoods including Accoya, Sapele, and Lignia XD to meet our customer requirements. Our standard range is manufactured from treated Sapele.
Hardwoods such as Sapele have a greater weather resistance than softwoods. Woods such as Accoya and Lignia XD have an ever great directional stability and resistance to water.
We treat and finish the windows with our own treatments that give a greater weather resistance and protection to the wood. Our standard Manor Prime range comes in 8 Opaque finishes.
Manor Prime can accommodate bespoke window styles, sizes and finishes, from specific materials such as Accoya and Lignia XD or Sapele to meet your specific requirements.
Specific glass used to create flood proof windows to withstand the pressures of the water. Bespoke pattern and design available. Glass design replication available
